All Goods

All goods are subject to availability and remain the property of Falconry Electronics until paid for in full. Pre ordered items which are subsequently not paid for will be released for resale without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any sales agreement where non-availability and subsequent re-supply becomes impossible.

Product Descriptions

Due to the very nature of the content of this website, Falconry Electronics endeavours to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is current or 100% error-free. If a product advertised on this website is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us within seven days in its "as received" condition complete with original packaging. You will be reimbursed in full via the same method used for payment.

Returned Goods

If, upon receipt of your purchase, you are not satisfied with the quality or performance, we will be happy to issue a full refund, or exchange the item in question. Please notify Falconry Electronics of your concern and return the item back within seven days in its "as received" condition complete with original packaging. Reimbursement will be via the same method used for payment i.e. original credit / debit card. Postage is not refundable unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. Any goods returned after this time may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
When you pay for an order by card or via PayPal Falconry Electronics incur processing fees / charges. When we issue a credit for a cancelled / returned order these fees / charges are no longer returned to us. Therefore, cancelled / returned orders that are not covered under any other terms will be subject to these same charges at the point of refund. Proof of fees can be supplied on request.

Warranty Items

All electronic goods are sold with manufacturer’s warranty. (please see manufacturers web site for full details) In the event of a warranty situation arising Falconry Electronics will process any returns to supplier, covering costs of shipping and the return of repaired / replaced goods back to the customer. If for any reason the supplier is unable to honour their warranty commitments and Falconry Electronics cannot repair the item a part refund based on the warranty period outstanding will be offered.

Your Membership Details

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Falconry Electronics reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and / or damage of items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier (Royal Mail). Goods are insured under the terms and conditions issued by Royal Mail, details are available on line or by request at any post office.
